Will Call Pickup Guideline
* You will receive a pickup notification via text or email (depending on what you provide at checkout) when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not come to pickup without knowing your order status. *
If you made the purchase initially and are the one picking up your order, please provide a copy of your receipt to pickup items left at our warehouse. If unable, we may also locate your purchase history via your phone number and name. You will be responsible to secure your items for safe transport. Refer to our FAQ page for more details.
Third Party Pickup:
If you've arranged another person, party or company to pickup your order, please send them (via text, email, paper copy) a copy of your receipt number (located at the top of the receipt but may also say Invoice number) so they may present it to us. This ensures that we load your order accurately and to the appropriate party. We cannot release your paid order to any party without proof of purchase. This protects you (the buyer) and us (the seller). This is a simple one-step process that will help avoid unnecessary issues with Will Call pickups. The party picking up will be responsible to secure your items for safe transport. Refer to our FAQ page for more details.
